BreadQuarters
BreadQuarters is home to the operational baking facility of La Madre. This state-of-the-art bakehouse was completed in February 2018 and is capable of operating 24 hours a day to produce artisan breads and sweet treats full of gracious goodness.

Lined with more than 250 solar panels, BreadQuarters is contributing to the global reduction of CO2 by saving over 170 tonnes of carbon emissions every year, renewing our commitment to the planet.

Waste Reduction
We bake to order so there is minimal food waste but any delicious loaves we do have are donated to those in need. We’re proud to partner with Geelong Food Relief to help minimise food waste from the bakery and provide food aid relief to disadvantaged members of the local community.
Food Safety
La Madre operates under strict HACCP and GMP principles, certified by Merieux NutriSciences. This extra level of assurance demonstrates our commitment to food safety and provides confidence to our customers. Our current HACCP and GMP certificate can be found here.
